Please do not send PAN, Aadhaar, bank or tax login details through the website forms.
3. How we use it
- To respond to an enquiry or arrange a consultation.
- To assess a job application.
- To keep the website secure and understand how it is used.
Data is processed on the basis of the consent given in the form. Consent can be withdrawn at any time by writing to the address below; this does not affect processing already done.
4. Sharing
The firm does not sell personal data. Data is shared only with service providers who host the website and email on the firm's behalf, under written terms, or where the law requires it.
5. Retention
Enquiries are kept for 12 months. Job applications are kept for six months after the opening closes. Data relating to an engagement is held under the engagement letter and the retention periods required by ICAI and law.
6. Security
Form submissions are encrypted in transit. Access to submissions is limited to staff who need it to respond.
7. Your rights
You may ask for a summary of the personal data held about you, its correction or erasure, and may nominate another person to exercise these rights. Requests are answered within 30 days.
8. Cookies
Essential cookies keep the site working. Analytics cookies are set only with your consent, given through the cookie banner, and can be turned off at any time.
9. Grievances
If a grievance is not resolved, you may approach the Data Protection Board of India.
10. Changes
Changes to this notice are published on this page with a new date and version number.
