About the role

Leading statutory audit teams for private and public unlisted corporate entities, monitoring Standards on Auditing (SA) adherence, and issuing independent auditor reports.

Responsibilities

  • Planning audit scope, materiality thresholds, and substantive testing strategies.
  • Reviewing financial statements for compliance with Schedule III and Ind AS / AS.
  • Drafting audit observations and discussing internal control gaps with management.
  • Overseeing junior assistants and articled trainees during audit execution.

Requirements

  • Member of ICAI (qualified in 2024 or later).
  • Sound understanding of CARO 2020 reporting requirements.
  • Experience with statutory audits of manufacturing or service entities.

Working arrangements

  • Office hours Mon–Sat 10:00 am – 6:30 pm.
  • Travel within Uttar Pradesh for on-site client audit phases.
